For new construction inspections. These inspections are no longer required for all new home built in the state of Texas. But it does not mean you shouldn’t have your home inspected during construction. If you are not familiar with the national building code, it would be a good idea to have your home watched over during all phases of construction. Our company will be available to you and your builder for any questions you might have. Or if your not sure things are being done as they should you will have us to ask. Hi to everyone, My name is Kevin And I am the inspector with All Phase Inspection Service. We are a family owned and staffed. I have been designing and building homes for over 25 years. I am licensed with the International Building Code ( commercial) and the International Residential Building Code. I am opening this blog as a question and answer session.
